This past weekend was the inaugural East Cost Open at Blue Mountain. I'm not sure what Blue Mountain has to do with the East Coast, they're almost 2000km apart, but it was stellar event despite the name. The East Coast Open aims to be the premier DH mountain bike event in Canada and boasts the nations largest prize purse for a single DH event. Pictured in the center is Primary / Trek's Rob Fraser who took the win and $1500. The Primary / Trek team is sponsored by Sweet Pete's Bike Shop.
